BBC NEW COMPLAINTS PROCEDURES.
1st AUGUST 2008 REVISED COMPLAINTS PROCEDURES COME INTO FORCE existing procedures will remain until that date.
The framework applies to all complaints handling within the BBC and sets the principles to which complaints procedures and participants in those procedures must adhere.
