F TO F COAX BARREL CONNECTORS are ideal when you have little or no coax cable left and rather than replace the whole length of cable from your satelllite dish or LNB then this is the next best thing.
The graphic above which can be clicked on for a closer image shows the f-connectors and also the f to f coax barrel connector, this connector set up can extend or join two lengths of coax cable with again so little signal loss you would need a meter to read the results.
Again this resolves issues from "I do not wish to bore another hole in the wall", to "I do not want to go back up on the roof". The cost is minimal for all these connectors and cheaper than a replacement coax cable run not counting the cost of an engineer.
