FREESAT FREE TV CHANNELS.

FREESAT FREE TV CHANNELS.

FREESAT FREE TV CHANNELS are just some of the benefits for those fortunate enough to have decided they want free tv. We have looked at the host of different channels and during our regular straw polls we ask questions that others probably would not answer. You may agree with our findings especially if you are one of the growing mass buying freesat equipment. Although we are commenting on freesat it should be mentioned that many viewers are contented and happy to pay a subscription every month and even those viewers who pay for channels that you can get on freesat or Freeview for nothing. As freesat grows slowly we take a look at some of the channels and for those contemplating getting freesat or freesat equipment here are just some of the channels, For Mums the first thing has to be the excellent selection of childrens channels; CBBC Channel CBeebies CITV POP POPGirl Tiny POP Kix! ********** Next selection we went for the News channels which everybody uses.; BBC News BBC Parliament S4C 2 NHKWORLD TV Al Jazeera Eng. Euronews France 24 Russia Today CNN Bloomberg TV ********** Free films next.; Film 4 Film 4 + 1 True Movies True Movies 2 Movies4Men Movies4Men 2 Simply Movies ********** Channels we all have come to know and enjoy are also on freesat; ie; BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 4+1, Channel 5, BBC 3, BBC 4, ITV 2, ITV 2+1, ITV 3, ITV 3+1, ITV 4, ITV 4+1, E4, E4+1, More 4, More 4+1, Dending on your region you will get your regional news and for those wishing to view and listen to other BBC regional news broadcasts you can tune your freesat equipment to what is called non-freesat channels - this comes in handy when you want to view those football matches which are not broadcast, example being Scotland and England playing important Cup games. The freesat channel providers have also taken the trouble to broadcast ITV London and what this means is that those viewers with HD (high definition) equipment can view channels in HD if the broadcaster broadcasts them simply view ITV London. This overcomes the problem of some parts of the U.K. not broadcasting in HD. There is nothing to top outside broadcasts in HD, such as nature and sporting events, BBC HD cannot be beaten for nature programmes such as the stunning "Planet Earth", and ITV football coverage in HD draws you into the stadium. More and more viewers we have spoken to had little idea about freesat until they started seeing the recent adverts, one Lady asked us why they had been keeping it a secret? Our opinion; Freesat has been introduced at the right time as the country is counting pennies, who would have thought thirty years ago that britain would have over 100 channels when it took years to allow channel 5 into the terrestrial bouquet making five channels. We are hoping soon that the rest of the channel 5 family will be joining freesat. For those still undecided about freesat, consider the price, ie; the total cost is your equipment and no subscription except your annual licence fee. If you are in the subscription camp, consider how much you have spent over the last 10 years or how many hours you have viewed that same old same old. At present our licence fees are being wisely used, let's hope it remains so.
