GRUNDIG GUFSAT01HD PERIPHERAL CONNECTIONS.

GRUNDIG GUFSAT01HD HD FREESAT RECEIVER, for those of you who remember or for those of you who have deliberately forgotten we told you this name on the 8th of April 2008 on our blog here.
Looking at the rear of the Grundig Gufsat01HD looking from left to right we have;
LNB IN / LNB OUT / SPDIF / HDMI / ETHERNET / SCART / ^RS232 / SCART / 12V CONNECTION POINT.

The lnb in/out should give a nice loop through/ either Sky or Freeview or ?
Ethernet although idle at present wait until BT sort out their broadband, for top class multimedia exposure.
Scart can be used for lots of different connections from Audio/Video, games, auto switches etc...
RS232 connection for engineer, computer, manual updates etc...
12v connection very power aware, excellent!
The other reminder to those who felt it necessary to castagate the HUMAX FOXSAT name as well as the GRUNDIG GUFSAT now know we told the truth!
It's nice to know the Freesat box is auto update and auto set-up which will help all of our partially sited and those who find working with small buttons a problem.
Please note; although we may have a Freesat box already, we feel it is not in the interest of the BBC/ITV to release sharp non-public recognizeable graphics before the minor bugs are ironed out which will be on the official release date.
Is it news to you ? then you read it here first!
