TV One Releases HDMI to HDMI Scaler with Audio Embedding/De-Embedding

The 1T-VS-626 is a high quality device that's ideal for situations where the HDMI source resolution and/or frame rate is incompatible with the display device’s resolution/frame rate.

Erlanger, KY , May 7, 2008—The latest video scaler added to TVOne-task’s inventory is the 1T-VS-626. It can accept audio embedded in the incoming HDMI signal or from the separate Toslink or analog stereo inputs. The HDMI output can then be scaled to the same or a different resolution. Output audio is simultaneously present embedded in the HMDI signal and separately as Toslink and analog stereo providing maximum flexibility for systems integration.

The 1T-VS-626 is both HDMI v1.1 and HDCP 1.1 Compliant. It has a maximum resolution of 1080p and WUXGA for both the input and output. It will also accept 480i or 576i SDTV resolutions. Advanced features, such as 3D Motion Adaptive De-Interlacing, 3:2 and 2:2 Pull-Down and 50/60 Frame Rate Conversion provide extremely high quality signal conversion. A comprehensive OSD menu and buttons allows selection of output resolution, adjustments of picture quality and audio source selection. It’s also possible to add up to 150ms of audio delay to compensate for lip sync errors.

A small inline power adapter is provided with a locking DC connector for security. The unit has a suggested retail price of $349 and is shipping.
